Non-conductive minerals, on the other hand, retain negative charges on their surface due to slow discharge, resulting in a greater electrostatic attraction in the electrostatic field. These minerals continue to adsorb on the surface of the drum until they are brushed off from behind the drum, achieving the goal of separating minerals based on their conductivity.
