1. Introduction to Flotation Machine

The XCF and KYF flotation machines are both aeration type flotation machines, with small centrifugal impeller diameter and low circular speed, which can reduce output power by 30-50%; The tank body is equipped with a gas regulator, so gas dispersion is uniform; The centrifugal impeller acts as a centrifugal water pump, allowing solid particles to float sufficiently; Selecting a U-shaped groove structure can minimize the accumulation of industrial waste residue; The centrifugal impeller structure and blade gap flow channel design scheme are effective, and the damage to the centrifugal impeller is relatively uniform. The service life of the centrifugal impeller and motor stator is long. The KYF flotation machine has no self priming coal slurry working capacity and has low power; XCF has the working capacity of self-priming coal slurry and can be equipped horizontally without foam pump, but its function loss is slightly higher than that of KYF flotation machine. Therefore, XCF flotation machine and high KYF flotation machine are generally equipped as generator sets. XCF flotation machine is a suction cell, and KYF flotation machine is a DC cell. Together with the generator set, it can be equipped horizontally without foam pump.

2. Working principle of KYF flotation machine

During the operation of the KYF flotation machine, with the rotation of the centrifugal impeller, the coal slurry in the tank is sucked from below the centrifugal impeller to the middle of the centrifugal impeller blades through the bottom of the tank. At the same time, the low-voltage gas supplied by the blower motor also enters through the gas regulator in the hollow shaft and centrifugal impeller chamber. After the coal slurry and gas of the KYF flotation machine are thoroughly mixed in the middle of the leaves, they are released diagonally from the upper part of the centrifugal impeller, and then enter all the tanks through the motor stator pressure reducing and stabilizing valve and fixed term. The bubble of KYF flotation machine rises to the foam stable area, and after the whole process of gathering, the foam automatically flows out of the overflow weir and overflows into the foam tank. A portion of the coal slurry also flows towards the lower edge of the centrifugal impeller, which is mixed again to produce acidified bubbles. The remaining coal slurry flows into the next tank until it finally becomes a tailings pond.

3. Characteristics of KYF flotation machine

The structural characteristics and characteristics of the KYF flotation machine are similar to those of the KYF type flotation machine. The difference is that there is a motor stator installed above the centrifugal impeller to create a particularly negative pressure zone, which is a self priming coal slurry, but the functional loss is slightly higher.
