1. Equipment Introduction

Multideck Lift Type Shaking Table is one of the main equipment for gravity separation in mineral processing equipment. The suspended shaking table is widely used for separating rare and precious metal ores such as tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold, etc. The suspended shaking table can also be used for coal mining. The Multideck Lift Type Shaking Table can be used for different operations such as rough selection, fine selection, and scanning, and different particle sizes such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and mineral mud (-0.074mm) can be selected. The suspended mineral processing shaker can also be used for separating iron, manganese ore, and coal. After processing tungsten, tin, and other ores, the suspended shaker effectively recovers particles ranging from 2 to 0.022 millimeters.

2. Advantages and characteristics of suspended shaker

   2.1  The structure of the inertial bed is ingenious, and the vertical component is self balanced. Due to the lack of vertical excitation force, there is no vertical jump. It can be installed on high-rise floors or pedestal supports;

   2.2  Suspended structure with minimal friction power, energy-saving and vibration reduction, no bulky foundation, and fast and flexible installation of suspended mineral processing shaker;

   2.3 The wear-resistant layer bed strip adopts a fiberglass bed surface, which is wear-resistant, waterproof, anti dry cracking, anti-corrosion, with small deformation, less maintenance, and long service life;

   2.4  The 4 hanging multi-layer rocking bed surface is installed in layers on a unified bed frame, making it easy to install and remove, increasing the processing of unit floor area. Changing the stroke of the shaking table allows for the replacement of different counterweights;

    2.5 By using a frequency conversion speed control device, the stroke can be easily changed to adapt to materials with different particle sizes and properties.
