1、 Introduction

4、 Working principle of impact sanding machine

The material enters the crusher through the feed hopper, and is divided into two parts through the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the middle of the distributor, and accelerates rapidly in the impeller. The acceleration can reach hundreds of times, and the Gravitational acceleration can reach hundreds of times. Then, the material is thrown out of the three uniform flow channels of the impeller at the speed of 60-70 m/s. First, it is crushed together with some materials that fall from the surrounding distributor, Then they impact the material lining inside the vortex support chamber together, which bounces back and obliquely impacts the top of the vortex chamber, changing its direction of movement and moving downwards. The material emitted from the impeller channel forms a continuous material curtain. This material is subjected to two or more chances of impact, friction, and grinding crushing in the eddy current crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge port. It forms a closed circuit with the circulating screening system, and can generally crush the material into less than 20 mesh after three cycles. During the entire crushing process, the materials collide with each other and are not in direct contact with metal components, reducing the friction of dust inside the materials and the friction from the lower discharge port, thereby eliminating the dust inside the machinery.
