In recent years, with the acceleration of industrialization and the increasing demand for resources, the development and utilization of mineral resources have become an important support for social development. 1、 Test purpose
The purpose of this experiment is to explore the beneficiation process and technology of Haibin Sha Tin Mine, improve the ore grade and recovery rate, and provide technical support for the development and utilization of Haibin Sha Tin Mine.
2、 Test steps
1. Collect ore samples
Firstly, we need to collect a certain number of coastal sand tin ore samples for experiments. When collecting samples, attention should be paid to ensuring their representativeness and comparability.
2. Ore crushing
Crush the collected ore samples to a certain fineness for subsequent experimental operations.
3. Grinding
Grind the crushed ore sample to meet a certain particle size requirement for beneficiation experiments.
4. Re-selection experiment
After grinding, the ore sample is subjected to a gravity separation experiment. Through re selection experiments, we can obtain important parameters such as ore grade and recovery rate for subsequent process design and optimization.
5. Data analysis
Analyze the data obtained from the gravity separation experiment, explore the beneficiation process and technology of the ore, and improve the grade and recovery rate of the ore.
III. Test Results
We obtained the following results through the gravity separation test of the coastal tin ore:
